It Is About Tomorrow

There are many things that creeping my head. Especially discussion about everything that predicted to happen in the near future. The explosion of the human population, climate change, world war III, natural resources, and any other that will make a big impact on all human beings over the world.

We should sit and discuss it together, accept every opinion idea by relieved also with the intention to make a win-win solution for everyone, strip away selfish and all that kind of thing. Because the future will be lived by each of our descendants without exception. Is there any something wrong if we leave our health earth for them?

Talking about the population explosion, the relevant book I ever read is The Limit To Growth. Besides that book written by scientists from all over the world, the book was equipped with accountable data.

The book says that the human population in 1600 all over the world is only 30 million. The human life expectancy is 30 years. There used to be frequent war and epidemics that killed many people.

Birth rate and mortality rate run and complete each other. It is like when we boil a liter of milk, whenever the milk foaming up until almost spilling out, we turn the stove temperature down and so forth. If the birth rate grows up for the last several years, then the mortality rate would follow, make the human population down. For the next year, the mortality rate also down.

As peace grows and many inventions in medical technology, human life expectancy change to be longer, it means a human can live until several generations bear to the world. We still could meet with our grandma. Indeed, our children could play with their grand grandma.

One of the many impact from this topic is climate change. As long as the human population grows, since the industrial revolution, our earth shows the symptoms of damage. Do you ever hear about the melting of arctic or something about that? Yes, that is one of many things of climate change impact that we can see. In Indonesia, today, we can't even define when it will be dry or rain.
